CLEVELAND — Massive flames billowed from a house below renovation early Thursday morning, according to neighbors.
Firefighters from the Cleveland Division of Hearth responded at around 2:30 a.m. to the 8900 block of Bancroft Avenue for a huge hearth.
A spokesperson for the division mentioned the fire started in the basement.

Neighbors who spoke to Information 5’s overnight news tracker sad the residence was less than renovation and was vacant at the time of the fireplace.
The residences on both sides of the burning property had weighty exterior damage.
